Job Description
In this role, you'll be responsible for reviewing financial applications and settlements submitted by JDF dealers, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with internal policies. You'll also manage post-settlement processes, including security maintenance and government stamping, as well as reviewing dealer funding and floorplan loan requests.
This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail and proactive mindset will help identify trends and drive continuous improvement. Strong communication skills are key, as you'll be resolving queries from dealers and customers and supporting the wider customer experience team.Key Responsibilities:
- Review and audit loan applications and documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Conduct credit and equipment checks
- Perform post-settlement tasks including securities and stamping
- Respond to and resolve customer and dealer service issues
- Process dealer payments for new and used machinery
- Assess and approve floorplan requests, rentals, and extensions
- Support additional customer service tasks as needed
- Identify opportunities for process and system improvements
The Successful Applicant

You'll be someone who thrives in a detail-oriented, service-driven environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, efficient, and customer-focused work.To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- 1-2 years' experience in compliance, documentation, or financial services
- A strong background in customer service with confident phone and email communication
- High attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and escalate issues or improvements
- An understanding of basic accounting concepts (e.g. debits, credits, AR/AP)
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Familiarity with systems such as DocuSign, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams (preferred)
