Commex is a fast-paced workshop with in-person, telephone and online orders constantly streaming in, so we have an immediate need for a focussed Customer Service Administrator.

About the role:-
  • Frontline customer service - You'll be the face of our business where first impressions count
  • Main line calls – Friendly, customer centric attitude ready to make and take calls
  • Customer service/sales – Learn the business and assist customers both in person and over the phone
  • Workshop liaison – For more technical enquiries, you will liaise and be supported by qualified technicians in the workshop to achieve solutions for our customers
  • Workshop scheduling – Liaise and organise with technicians regarding timelines, requirements and overall job status
  • Quotes and invoicing – Liaise with Operations and Technicians to prepare, issue and follow up quotes and invoices
  • Mail and deliveries – Sort, prepare and send/receive parcels, liaise with Australia Post and Couriers
  • Reception – Maintain tidy reception, office equipment and paperwork
About you:-
  • Minimum 2 years office experience performing a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Demonstrated ability in invoicing and inventory control
  • Organised and reliable with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Proactive attitude a with strong business acumen and willingness to learn technical aspects of the business
