2 Wok Stars Wanted!

We're expanding our service hours to include Monday nights (Shift times: 4pm to 10pm) and are looking for:

1 Wok Chef to work two nights: Sundays and Mondays
1 Wok Chef to work Monday nights

Both chefs will have additional fryer duties.

Please do not apply if you do not have Wok experience as your application will not be taken further.

About the Role:

Prepare a variety of high-quality wok dishes (mainly Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, Pad kra pao, Stir-fries, Fried Rice, etc) using fresh ingredients.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment in the kitchen.
Ensure consistent portion control and plating presentation.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional service.
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.

We're looking for someone who:

Has a minimum of 1 year experience cooking with a wok in a commercial kitchen environment.
Possesses a strong understanding of South East Asian cuisine and wok cooking techniques.
Demonstrates a passion for creating flavourful and visually appealing dishes.
Works efficiently under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Maintains a positive and professional attitude while working collaboratively with the team.

What we Offer:

Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour (plus 11.5% superannuation).
