Position Overview

This role involves managing all aspects of the kitchen, from food preparation to plating, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards for quality, taste, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and present dishes with attention to detail and an eye for quality, ensuring every dish meets our standards.

Menu Development: Contribute to menu planning by suggesting new dishes and making improvements to existing recipes.
Inventory and Stock Management: Track and manage food supplies to ensure fresh ingredients are always on hand.
Kitchen Hygiene and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, following all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and management, supporting a positive and efficient team dynamic.

Customer Interaction: Occasionally engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and accommodate any special requests.

Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a relevant culinary role.
Certification in Kitchen Management or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and the ability to create dishes with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
