Darren Frame is currently looking for hardworking and dedicated Chef with pastry experience to join their team.

• Skills in preparing different variety of cuisine
• Creativity and high presentation standards
• Ability to create new menu items with consistency
• Skilled in pastry and desserts preparation
• Skilled in preparing, seasoning, and cooking food according to recipes
• Understanding of food safety and OHS requirements
• Train and manage cooks and kitchen staff
• Achieving all safety, hygiene and food quality
• Manage daily kitchen operations including ordering.

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Relevant qualifications Cert III or IV in commercial cookery
• Proactive, energetic and shares a passion for the hospitality industry
• Possess effective communication skills with an approachable manner
