Salary: $75,000 plus superannuation is being offered.
Qualifications & Experience:
AQF Diploma including at least two years of experience. At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications.
Task and Duties include (but not limited to)- Negotiate bond, construction, ongoing commercial and post disaster cleaning contracts with real estate property managers, builders, project managers and commercial facilities managers
- Review and negotiate variations to existing cleaning contracts to ensure alignment with client requirements and company standards.
- Monitor and evaluate performance subcontractors and employees involved in contractual obligations and services offered by the business.
- Continue to development the working relations established by Helena Morton previously during her various trips to non-metropolitan areas for purpose of monitoring adjusting and extend contracts already signed.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues concerning cleaning contracts associated with services provided by Helena Cleaning Services.
- Create a timeline of current and projected jobs to work out staffing requirements in context of need for subcontracting arrangement.
- Manage paperwork associated with cleaning contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to-date and up to legal standards
- Overseeing work by contractors and employees to ensure contractual obligations are met
- Advise business owner on matters related to contracts execution and implement their decisions to optimize outcomes.
- Reporting any variations negotiated with clients, employees and subcontractors to work orders to business owner.
- Collect and analyse data associated with business performance, propose improvements and share concerns and issues with business owner.
- Ensure obligations under law, especially in terms of occupational health and safety for cleaning contractors and employed staff are met ensuring contracts are completed on time and within budget.
- Arranging administrative work from office, filed office or home when required.
