Duties and Responsibilities- Ensure the highest quality control of product
- Menu development and creation of modern breakfast and lunch items
- Training, developing and mentoring staff
- Strong team player and good organizational skills
- Maintain inventory, budgeting, wage costing and roster scheduling
- Food preparation, safe handling, operation of equipment, food safety and sanitation
- Monitoring, ordering and managing stock
- Establish and maintain effective employee working relationships with other staff
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Must have Certificate 4 in commercial cookery
- Good communicate skills
- Relevant experience within the food and beverage industry
- Menu development and creation of modern breakfast and lunch items
- Have RSA would be great
Languages - English and Mandarin highly regarded
