The Senior Policy Officer is responsible for policy development and advice on matters related to education, training and distribution of the specialist and non-specialist medical workforce. The role will oversee multiple projects related to the NSW medical workforce, including the IMG Clinical Readiness Program and consultation on the future of the Assistant in Medicine role.
The role will also support some high-level workforce committees.
