What you'll do?

As the Support Engineer in the Woolworths MarketPlus (WMP) tech team, you will own and drive the triage of and response to WMP and MyDeal platform support tickets. Working closely with development and delivery teams, this role is key to delivering a good experience for the rest of our team.
While external customer interaction is not part of the role, you will be directly impacting outcomes for them working with our customer service team. You will be responsible for overseeing the level 2 support function for the WMP and MyDeal platforms and escalating to development (level 3) where required.

 •  Level 2 Support: Operate as the key owner for escalations from customer service and internal stakeholder support tickets.
 •  Level 3 Escalations: Drive the triage and outcomes of more complex issues working in with the development team.
 •  Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders across WMP to better understand their pain points with the platform and actively look for improvements. Maintain strong relationships to support our technology ecosystem.
 •  Documentation: Record common solutions to issues and transition to level 1 where possible.

What will I bring?
 •  At least two years experinece in level 2 Application Support
 •  Some development experience would be advantageous (particularly C# / .NET.)
 •  Exceptional initiative, time management, and multitasking skills
 •  Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
