The MNCLHD In reach / Outreach / Brief Intervention (IOBI) is multidisciplinary team providing brief intervention for clients accessing Alcohol and Other Drugs services and will also provide in reach and outreach services, working across the community with a focus on young clients.
The In-Reach component will bring the team's community expertise into the hospital care setting. The outreach component will work with individuals with ongoing AOD issues who have had experiences that have impacted them to engage with services.
