We have an amazing opportunity for an enthusiastic Commercial Coordinator to join our team on a 3-month contract here at the Darling Harbour visitor attractions, SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium, WILDLIFE Sydney Zoo and Madame Tussauds Sydney.

About the Role

Reporting to the Cluster Commercial Manager, you will oversee the daily operation of the Darling Harbour Cluster Commercial team’s administrative duties, taking ownership of identifying ways to improve efficiency and streamlining of processes across the various commercial departments.
During this 3-month contract, you will become a key person within the team to make sure your colleagues can focus on being out on the frontline with our guests delivering memorable experiences. With attention to detail as the main order of business, the success of this role is measured by your ability to accurately and efficiently ensure all administrative tasks are completed on time.
Regular tasks will include rostering and payroll, commercial reporting, procurement and health and safety administration. Duties are completed whilst adhering to company, health & safety, and operational policies.

About You

We are looking for someone who is experienced in handling a range of administrative duties, knows and understands our business and have a proven record of creating streamlining and creating efficient processes and are looking to grow their career!
The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail and be driven by delivering the high quality & speedy information to the Darling Harbour Commercial team. You will have good experience in the customer service industry, positioned in environments that have a focus on procedural accuracy, meeting targets and health & safety.
You will be experienced at prioritizing & delegating in situations that demand fast resolution & managing various expectations of internal & external customers.
