Job Description
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Aligning marketing efforts with product development, sales, and business goals.
• Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Creating compelling marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Managing the company's online presence.
• Cultivating relationships with stakeholders and influencers.
• Analysing marketing metrics to optimise strategies.
• Staying informed about industry trends and technologies.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will possess:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems.
• Proven track record in email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics.
• Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, data analysis, and staying abreast of technology trends.
• Hands-on experience with website management, including familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices (WordPress).
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Competency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
