We partner with over 11,500 Host Companies, allowing our dedicated Placements Team to find the right internship for our students, on time, every time. And it shows with over 40% of our students being offered a job directly from their internship.

What you offer us
As the face of Gradability in Melbourne and a key member of the operations team, you will be the first person our students meet. You understand the importance of first impressions and receive satisfaction from delivering memorable customer experiences in person and when answering calls.
In addition, you will provide administration and office support to the team.
• You are outgoing, friendly, helpful, and exceptional at delivering memorable customer service experiences
• Experienced at managing reception/front desk
• Enjoy working on your own and in a team, as you will often be the only person at the reception desk
• Have a calm and solutions focused approach to solving customer queries and resolving potential conflict
• Fluent verbal and written English language skills
• Patience and sensitivity when dealing with cultural differences
• Ability to use initiative, pro-activity and decision making in line with the role
• Ensure facilities meet regulatory requirements, contractual requirements and are spaces where people enjoy themselves
• Handle face to face, email, and call enquiries from students
• Provide general administration and project support; including (but not limited to) data entry
