The Opportunity

As a Digital Platform Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall user experience (UX) and performance of our partner university websites, focusing on optimising site conversion rates. Reporting to the Digital Product Manager, you will lead initiatives to drive user satisfaction, usability, and success for prospective student lead generation.

You will be responsible for managing website performance via analytics, running testing programs and presenting ideas to the design team and agencies based on this, working closely with our conversion rate optimisation agency and briefing design changes to developers.

About You
 •  Experience with a CMS, technical problem solving skills and administrative skills
 •  Proven experience designing websites, including improving customer engagement and lead generation
 •  Experience with using web analytics tools, including Google Analytics & GA4, to make business decisions
 •  Knowledge of A/B and multivariate testing to increase channel conversion
 •  The ability to work and communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders including senior executives
 •  The ability to handle multiple tasks and take accountability for those tasks, prioritising them appropriately whilst maintaining a strong dialogue around progress on projects and issues.
 •  Time management and organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
 •  Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
 •  Good interpersonal skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams
