Requirements

Here's what you'll be doing:

 •  Maintaining the access life cycle for our clients’ employees from the initial onboarding to the organisation, all the way through to ensuring their access is revoked when they leave the organisation.
 •  Triage all incoming support requests via phone calls and Tickets
 •  Developing strong rapport with the end user during each engagement via email and phone while ensuring a timely resolution of their incident or request.
 •  Handle the Dispatch of staff resources and Delivery of goods.
 •  Creating, updating, and maintaining relevant client documentation in line with best practice standards.
 •  Backup Monitoring
 •  Act in part as an escalation point for service desk and field services teams.
 •  Support the development and delivery of projects.

Here's what you'll bring:

 •  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms
 •  Strong customer service orientation and ability to work well under pressure
 •  Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
 •  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
 •  Experience with the education sector and/or interactions with Teaching staff.
 •  A broad range of experience maintaining environments, accounts, access permissions and troubleshooting issues within Active Directory and the Microsoft 365 suite (Predominantly within Exchange Online, Security/Compliance Centre, 365 Admin Centre, and Azure Active Directory)

Considered favourably:

 •  Prior experience with ConnectWise
 •  Prior experience with PowerShell scripting
 •  Confidence in implementing and updating GPOs
 •  Completion of Microsoft-based certifications
 •  Completion of an ITIL certification
 •  Relevant tertiary qualification in the Information Technology or Computer Science field
 •  Prior experience with Primary Schools or the Education Sector.

Please note that the successful candidate must be able to obtain a valid state-based Working with Children Check (WWCC), Police check, and be authorised to work in Australia.
