Our Hospitality Attendants are an integral part of our team.
What will you be doing?
Your primary job is ensure each and every guest has an experience of a lifetime. Together you will share special places and create lasting memories. Your days might include:
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences and consistent service;
• Barista and basic food preparation duties;
• Overseeing the stock control of consumables and daily reconciliations;;
• Address guest complaints or issues promptly to maintain guest experience;
• Adherence of operational procedures and WHS requirements and
• General café, kitchen and terminal housekeeping.
This is physically demanding role requiring you to work on your feet for long periods of time. This is a unique opportunity for passionate, high quality hospitality professionals to join our Cruise Whitsundays family and create and deliver the highest standard for food, service and hospitality for our guests.
We want you to be a brand ambassador of the incredible experiences we bring to life.

• Have all the safety things we need too like an RSA and Covid Safe Dining In Certificate
