Who you are:

As part of a global brand we are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Specialist for Australia to create and execute our marketing initiatives within the region, in collaboration with the global marketing team. This role involves developing strategic marketing campaigns and making engaging content that align with our global objectives, while catering to the unique needs of the Australian agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities:

 •  Oversee local market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
 •  Tailor global marketing campaigns to resonate with our unique Australian audience, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
 •  Collaborate with the global marketing team to share insights and align strategies.
 •  Manage and optimise local digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
 •  Establish and maintain relationships with key Australian media, influencers, and partners within the agricultural sector.
 •  Organise and participate in local agricultural events, trade shows, and conferences.
 •  Oversee the production of all mediums of marketing content, optimising the global brand strategy for local effectiveness.
 •  Analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns in order to glean innovative insights.
 •  Think and act with a global mindset for a localised outcome.

Requirements

We want you to succeed, so you will need:

 •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
 •  Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, ideally within a collaborative global business
 •  Minimum of 2 years experience in digital marketing
 •  Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies (you may be asked to provide a portfolio of your previous work)
 •  Strong understanding of the Australian agricultural market and its dynamics
 •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 •  Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics
 •  Ability to work collaboratively with a global team and adapt to an international corporate culture
 •  Strong organisational and project management skills
