Job Description
As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll be pivotal in providing comprehensive support across our Big Truck product lines. Collaborating with Dealer, Retail, National, and Big Truck sales teams, you'll ensure top-notch customer service, promote product sales and provide expert assistance via phone, email and Teams.
Your responsibilities include resolving technical issues, conducting training sessions, and facilitating site visits, both domestically and internationally. With an average of one domestic trip per month and one international trip per year, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise on a global scale.
The Successful Applicant
As the ideal candidate, you'll bring a background in trade and mechanical understanding, whether it's in automotive, material handling, construction, or electrical systems. Whether you're a seasoned professional or a fourth-year apprentice, your can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to follow instructions will set you apart.
Being self-managed and proactive, coupled with solid computer skills and a valid driver's license, are essential for success in this role.
