What you’ll do

HomeRun is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Network Analyst to join our team. You will play a key role in planning, managing, and optimising our logistics network to ensure seamless operations across all e-commerce sites. You will possess a deep understanding of logistics operations, highly process driven, the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and have strong analytical skills to achieve business objectives.

The role is key in improving various customer metrics such as on time delivery and drop cost, through planning and improving the network footprint, continuous improvement of processes and tools, leading and delivering on initiatives and engaging a range of internal and external stakeholders.

 •  You will be a Team & Customer advocate; analysing the last mile to support and enable the team to make the best decisions based on a balance of cost and service to customer.
 •  Working with state operational teams, transport and store format, you will help to plan, manage, and optimise the logistics network for over +300 e-commerce sites to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
 •  You will be responsible for the ongoing management of capacity across all eCom fulfilment propositions.
 •  You will help develop and deploy tools which enable admin & clerical work to be completed with less friction by yourself and by peers.
 •  Analyse transportation data, including delivery metrics, transit times, and carrier performance, to identify areas for customer improvement and cost savings.
 •  Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the logistics network and recommendations for optimisation.
 •  Support in the planning and day-to-day operation of the team by facilitating meetings, running forums and assist in building out quarterly targets

What you’ll bring

Our new Logistics Network Analyst will be driven and passionate, keen to get things done and able to make an impact in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for a team player with:

 •  Tertiary Qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management - ideal but not a strict requirement
 •  Proven experience in logistics operations, transportation management, or supply chain analytics.
 •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
 •  You are task driven and highly organised with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
 •  Highly detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
 •  Analytical background and ability to understand business needs
 •  Strong computer skills – Excel, Routing systems, Powerpoint, Google for Work Suite
 •  Proficient with or equivalent SQL, Tableau, PowerBI
