Welcome to the People Team

Better experiences for our Team Members are the key to unlocking a better future for our customers and communities. Our People Team is responsible for powering the trajectory of our business and the wellbeing of our people – through the design and delivery of a seamless and enriching Team Member experience.
One that strengthens the foundations of our organisation by empowering passionate Team Members to become purpose-led Woolworths Group advocates and attracting a new generation of talent to the group.

The value mission of our InjuryCare stream is “When Team Members are injured we put Team Experience and Care at the heart of what we do, providing compassionate, personalised support to enable effective recovery. We partner with Team Members, Leaders, Healthcare Providers and Claims Teams to ensure Team Members feel listened to, valued and supported”.

Injury Care Partners are central to delivering this mission, playing the role of connector and conductor when Team Members are injured and need our care and support.
