What you'll be doingAs the Director Human Resources you will report directly into the General Manager Westmead Hospital and manage a team of HR generalists for a hospital that has over 6000 employees. Your roles involves:

Providing leadership and strategic direction in workforce management across Westmead Hospital.
Optimising workforce capacity as part of the Hospital Executive Team.
Managing HR team in a business partnering model for cohesive workplace relations.
Supporting organisational change through strategic planning and workforce initiatives.
Collaborating with People and Culture directorate for consistency and specialist support.

Proven experience working as part of an Executive Team of a large complex business, driving workforce capability to align with business objectives.

Excellent strategic planning, change management, project management and policy/procedure development skills including the ability to make complex judgements and take initiative.
