At MyIntegra, NDIS Support Coordinators assess needs and coordinate support for NDIS participants referred to MyIntegra for Support Coordination services. This is a maternity leave contract with a plan to make the role permanent. This role is remote, but the successful candidate will be based in Sydney, as there are some visitations with participants.
