Change Manager
Lead organisational change across the business, lead training workshops and implement best change practice
• 6 month FTC (potential for extension)
• $150,000 - $160,000 inclusive of superannuation
Your Responsibilities:
• Craft a comprehensive and customised change management framework and toolkit for the business.
• Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure their perspectives are incorporated into the change design process.
• Cultivate proficiency in change delivery and drive increased adoption of change initiatives.
• Lead training sessions to encourage change implementation.
• Foster a positive change culture throughout.
About You:
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing organisational change management strategies.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating and delivering learning programs and training sessions.
• Strong facilitation skills, capable of engaging large groups in workshops and training sessions.
• Experience consulting with various stakeholders to develop tailored capability interventions.
• Proficiency in designing change management frameworks, tool-kits, and resources.
• Familiarity with implementing organisational development strategies and action plans.
• A passion for continuous learning, growth, and mentorship.
