National Sales Manager

We are a national graphic design, and sign installation company who specialize in spectacular Christmas designs for shops, shopping centres, and clubs, in every rural town in Australia. We are based on Australia's beautiful Sunshine Coast Hinterland, but the name Celebration Windows Australia is respected in virtually every corner of this country.
This is the chance of a lifetime to manage our small team of travelling salespeople. We need someone with heaps of personality, integrity, and the ability to be away for weeks at a time. You must have the solid ability and communication skills to direct our team.
We are the last of the travelling salespeople, but the most effective. Though we are a medium sized family business, we have more customers than any other signage company in Australia, numbering in the thousands.
The person who is right for the job will be in control of all Australian sales. They will be working, on a daily basis, side by side with their other sales people, to secure orders from our existing businesses, while also signing up new customers.
Each year the sales process starts again, and our customers pick another design from our latest ranges.
You must have a genuine love for travel, and driving. Our company representatives will learn to rely upon your sales skills and instruction. You will be helping the current business owner/ sales manager, by easing his role after 32 years of loving his job.
Requirements:
1/ The right person must be able to have, and learn, sales skills far beyond the average salespersons ability. They must be able to, at the least, mirror the capability of the current Owner / Sales Manager.
2/ Have exceptional skills of deduction, and be able to see opportunity's and pitfalls early, so as to maximize their perception, and make, or change decisions and directions for the teams quickly, and correctly.
3/ Must have a great sense of humor, charisma, and be a fun person to be around. this is important to our customers and sales staff alike.
4/ This position requires someone who has the ability to control all Australian sales, well into the future. They should be able to employ the correct, like minded sales contractors, and work with them in all parts of this country, at any time.
5/ Computer skills that will enable them to control current, and future business modelling, and web presence.
6/ The ability to communicate and secure multiple orders through multi media, and phone contacting as well.
7/ The maturity to trouble shoot, while having fun with the other team members they will manage. The correct person must comfortable with being in close quarters with another respectable sales rep.
