What you’ll do

You’ll oversee all DC Operations including business performance, safety, service level and financial expectations, emphasising people and team culture.
 •  Provide our team members with first class leadership supporting and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion in the workplace
 •  Promote safety values and implement safety, health and environment policies and systems to embed safety into the culture and ways of working
 •  Manage the cost of service delivery within an agreed budget whilst achieving the agreed service level to stores to provide the best price possible outcome for our customers
 •  Lead continuous improvement initiatives
 •  Adhere to, and enforce compliance with all legal obligations and requirements eg. enterprise agreements, and Chain of Responsibility along with company policies and processes and DC Work Instructions
 •  Be a safety & 1Life leader champion excelling in delivering our strategy and KPI’s

What you’ll bring
 •  You'll bring advanced communication and leadership skills, able to effectively tailor communications to a range of audiences
 •  Significant Supply Chain or Manufacturing operational experience
 •  Proven capability with data analytics and insights to identify, manage and mitigate risks; identifies the root causes of risks and escalates issues where required
 •  Comprehensive Industrial Relations collaboration and knowledge
 •  Strong stakeholder management, influencing and networking skills
 •  Ability to consult and share the impact of business decisions across Woolworths to ensure processes are seamless for the customer
