The First Nations Cultural Advisor Service (FNCAS) is an integral part of the Redlands and surrounds High Risk Team (HRT). The position will enable relevant cases of First Nations victims' survivors and persons using violence to be reviewed through a cultural perspective and lens.
The dedicated service will provide tailored culturally appropriate service responses and advice around specific needs of the First Nations individuals, taking into consideration local protocols, languages, and family/kinship groups.
