About Our Client
My client is an agency based in the CBD, who are looking to fill an immediate gap in their team for this digital coordinator position. The client has multiple brands that they partner with and this individual will be supporting them through digital optimisation.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Digital Department's daily operations to maintain the brand's digital presence across websites, the Customer Data Platform (CDP), and digital products.
• Utilise WordPress and other content management systems to manage digital content and address any technical issues.
• Assist in creating customer service journeys and setting up event registrations in Events Air, including ticketing and pricing details.
• Create lead trackers and event apps, ensuring their readiness six weeks before events.
• Coordinate with delivery and marketing teams to ensure timely recording and dispatch of app and lead tracker notifications through the CDP.
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Candidate:
• 3-4 years experience in digital platforms; i.e web, social media, CRM, insights portals.
• Experience in WordPress including development and PHP / JavaScript coding, social platforms, Google and Salesforce ideally.
• EventsAir experience is desirable but not essential.
• Immediately Available is a must!
