Job Description
The Warehouse Supervisor will have the following responsibilities:
• Overseeing the receipt, storage, retrieval and dispatch of produced goods.
• Coordinating delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Loading and unloading of containers.
• Operation of forklift in the warehouse.
• Planning and organising the arrangement of goods within the warehouse.
• Managing the warehouse team members to ensure high levels of productivity.
• Manage the drivers and their routes to ensure the team meets customer service delivery requirement and expectations.
• Ensuring stores' stock requirements are met, and manage warehouse stock levels to company standards.
• Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilise reports to project warehouse status.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the Warehouse Supervisor role will ideally have the following key skills and qualities:
• Leadership experienced gained in a warehouse environment
• Strong systems knowledge - WMS, ERP.
• Forklift License
• High level prioritisation, organisational and time management skills
• Understanding of general warehouse WHS safety policies and procedures
