About the role:
Our business is the fastest-growing Media Network in Australia and we are looking to expand our advertising business as we move into our newly created network team.
We are seeking a Programmatic Partnership Executive to join our growing advertising team and assist in expanding our brand partnerships across our media network, which includes Gumtree, Carsguide & AutoTrader. You will work closely with the Partnership Management team and Ad Operations team.
You will work to ensure first-class service to all advertising & programmatic partners, successful execution of all direct-sold campaigns (Including Insertion Orders and Programmatic), and help deliver on direct revenue targets. What you’ll do:
• Support Direct Programmatic strategy in line with GCA Media Objectives
• Take ownership of managing campaigns, including booking and monitoring direct Insertion Orders and programmatic deals to ensure full delivery and ensure they meet clients' objectives
• Managing Ad Operations to support programmatic implementation, and optimisation of campaigns, all in a timely and accurate in manner
• Direct & Programmatic Sales Support - checking availability, brief responses, and sales presentations in relation
• Agency Management – Responding to requests by providing ongoing support pre and post
• Consistently achieve desired outcomes for clients across all programmatic products, demonstrating proactivity to find solutions to challenges as they arise
• Ensure 100% accuracy within all systems when managing financial information including, but not limited to, reporting, Salesforce, and reconciliations
• Assist Partnership Managers with quarterly and annual reviews for Agencies and Advertisers.
• Support Manager on weekly reporting, presentations, and other ad hoc tasks
What you’ll bring:
• 1+ years experience in a digital media sales or digital agency
• Experience with advertising technology, tracking, and optimisation (DFP/DFA advantageous)
• Knowledge or programmatic supply partners such as Magnite, Index Exchange, Xandr, etc
• Experience working with sales tools like Salesforce or other CRM-related tools
• Excellent in-person and phone-based communication skills
• Analytical skills and an understanding of online performance metrics
• The ability to be proactive, and take initiative, while also being flexible, a fast learner, and adaptable
• Tertiary qualifications in business or marketing desired
