Mondial is a market leading telephone fundraising agency. We are looking for an Account Manager that wants to make a difference and help incredible causes to exceed their goals. You'll act as the first point of contact with existing chairty clients, answer their queries and increase client satisfaction.

Previous client service or fundraising experience will be an advantage. Ultimately, you will contribute to building profitable, long-term relationships with our clients to reach our business objectives.

Responsibilities
 •  Contact clients to understand their requirements and work on the development of campaigns
 •  Provide ongoing support to retain and develop customers
 •  Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries
 •  Build strong client relationships, through regular communication
 •  Report on the status of accounts
 •  Suggest company products/services that maximize client satisfaction
 •  Communicate product and pricing details clearly
 •  Coordinate ans support Account Managers to create fundraising proposals and plans for clients
 •  Promote new products/services to existing customers

Requirements
 •  Proven work experience as an Account Manager / Client Services / Fundraising Manager or relevant role
 •  Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
 •  Effective presentation and negotiation skills
 •  High degree of professionalism
 •  Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
