We’re excited that we are looking to expand our team and we’re on the hunt for an experienced Business Development, Intake and Retention Lead.

The Role

We are seeking an exceptional professional with both a strong background and existing connections within the NDIS and the broader disability sector. This role requires a strategic individual capable of nurturing existing relationships, forging new partnerships, and driving forward initiatives that propel Incluso Services to substantial growth.
Your extensive network and profound insights into the sector are integral to our shared success.

Requirements

What you’ll be doing:

 •  Attend and represent Incluso Services at networking events to connect with service providers and identify potential new clients.
 •  End to end intake process for new clients, including managing all new and existing enquiries.
 •  Assisting with the management of marketing material and forums posts.
 •  Overseeing the execution, maintenance, and signed returns of documents such as Service Agreements, Tenancy Agreements, Renewals, Restrictive Practice reports and all other documentation relevant to intake.
 •  Promote Incluso Services by building strong relationships with external stakeholders to attract new referrals for our services.
 •  Collaborate with the team to refine strategies for business growth.

What you’ll bring:

 •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with individuals.
 •  Extensive experience in the NDIS and disability sector as an Intake Officer, Business Development, or similar role.
 •  Existing, robust connections within the sector, capable of opening doors and creating new opportunities for business growth.
 •  Ability to complete regular reporting and work with the team on Marketing Strategies including Socials and Networking Events.
 •  High technical knowledge to use software and systems.

What we would like you to have:

 •  Valid Victorian Driver License
 •  Experience liaising with internal/external stakeholders such as Support Coordinators, families/guardians, allied health professionals.
 •  An understanding of the NDIS, disability, and community services sector
 •  Minimum 2-year industry experience in NDIS sales, client relationships or business development.
 •  Intake Service Delivery experience
 •  Ability to actively navigate and adapt to change.
 •  Working with Children Check
 •  NDIS Worker Screening Check
