Job Description
Based in head office, this pivotal role will oversee the financial control division to ensure all obligations are met. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Efficiently leading the team to ensure the timely delivery of financial and compliance obligations.
• Cultivate strong relationships with operational leaders across various divisions and providing sound advice.
• Implement and uphold financial controls and policies aligned with head office directives.
• Supervise group costs across engineering, fixed assets, and related domains.
• Undertake ad hoc project initiatives as necessary.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be CA/CPA qualified and will have experience ideally within Audit and moved into commerce and industry into a leadership role within a group function. You will have at least seven years post graduate experience and be able to work in a fast paced, agile environment.
To be successful in this role you will have strong stakeholder management skills and be a natural communicator who enjoys working across the business and leading teams.
