Job Description:

Role Overview

The Bid Manager will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of SymphonyAI Financial Services Division by leading the bid process from opportunity identification through to project delivery. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and submit winning proposals, ensuring they meet client requirements and are delivered on time.
While we value candidates with a background in bid management, this role is also well-suited for individuals who possess outstanding communication skills, the ability to quickly adapt and think on their feet, and a keen interest in expanding their knowledge in the financial crime prevention market.

Key Responsibilities
 •  Identify and assess bid opportunities in the financial crime prevention sector.
 •  Lead the end-to-end bid process, coordinating with sales, pre-sales and other cross functional team to compile and deliver compelling proposals.
 •  Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SymphonyAI Financial Services’ product offerings to effectively articulate value propositions in bids.
 •  Ensure compliance with both internal bid procedures and client requirements.
 •  Manage all aspects of proposal submission, including writing, editing, and formatting proposals.
 •  Record and analyse external and internal feedback on submitted bids to continuously improve the bid strategy and process.
 •  Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform bid strategies.
 •  Collaborate with the internal teams to enhance company visibility and positioning for future bid opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience
 •  Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
 •  Minimum of 5 years of experience in bid management, preferably in the technology or financial services sectors.
 •  Proven track record of managing and winning bids.
 •  Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
 •  Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
 •  Deep understanding of the financial crime prevention market and regulatory landscape.
 •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bid management software.
