• Manage end-to-end payroll processes for multiple entities.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with employment conditions and awards.
• Process employee changes promptly and efficiently.
• Oversee payroll deductions, superannuation, and tax-related tasks.
• Handle month and year-end activities, including reconciliation with the General Ledger.
• Administer Workers Compensation documentation and liaise with insurers.
• Provide timely and organized reporting to HR management.
• Adaptability and efficiency are essential for success in this dynamic role.
The Successful Applicant
• Possessing over three years of experience as a payroll officer
• Effective relationships both internally and externally- Team player- Excellent Written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills contribute to consistently meeting deadlines and demonstrating initiative.
• Proficient in Micropay
