Job Description
• Develop and implement the overall commercial strategy in alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform decision-making and strategy development.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure effective go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to senior management.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets for the commercial department.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
The Successful Applicant
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles,
• Should have managed a minimum of $500Mn P/L
• Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective commercial strategies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market insights to inform decision-making.
• Experience working cross-functionally with other departments to achieve common goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
