Program Manager Joining our team means you’ll be part of something that really matters. As our Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of multiple Future Generation projects that support Horizon Power’s objective to decarbonise its electricity systems and enable opportunities for aboriginal participation in the green energy transition.

Key initiatives are likely to include the deployment of standalone power systems and hybrid renewable options in remote and logistically challenging environments. The role will require a strong stakeholder focus, with the support of traditional owner and community groups critical to the success of projects and longevity of solutions delivered.

Your role will include:

Managing the development of business case/s, project scope, work deliverables, budgets, and schedules for identified initiatives in line with the projects defined.
Identifying and effectively manage project risks and issues throughout the project or program lifecycle.
Managing the delivery of multiple projects within agreed quality, time, and cost objectives.
Safety leadership and management throughout all project stages in alignment with HP’s SHMS.
Project design, structuring, financing, and concept support from various stakeholders.
Land options analysis and assembly, including identification of relevant sites, engagement with relevant parties, environmental, heritage and negotiation of legal arrangements for land use.

You will have:

Mandatory formal Project Management Certification or equivalent experience.
WA Drivers Licence Class “C” or “C-A”.
Awareness and respect of the diversity of First Nations cultures across WA.
Significant experience in the successful delivery of programs/projects.
Experience developing and delivering submissions to the Executive Management Team and Board.
Demonstrated experience delivering to approved scope, budget, and schedule.
