The Serious Stuff:
 â˘Â  Must have prior experience as a second-in-command (2iC), overseeing a warehouse facility and managing a team of 10-15 individuals.
 â˘Â  Experience in effectively managing performance and KPI's
 â˘Â  Excellent commitment to safety, environmental, and quality standards
 â˘Â  Ability to interpret a profit and loss statement
 â˘Â  5+ years experience operating in a busy warehouse and logistics environment
 â˘Â  Must have a forklift licence and experience using a forklift (essential)
 â˘Â  High Reach experience (advantageous)
 â˘Â  HACCP Knowledge & working in a frozen/cold environment (advantageous)
 â˘Â  Comfortable with technology and applications
 â˘Â  Supply a copy of a National Police check & able to pass an alcohol or drug test (for more information, read our policy here)
 â˘Â  Physically fit and able to stand, repetitively lift more than 15 kg consistently and 20 kg occasionally.
