About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven National Operations Manager to join our team! Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role oversees all aspects of Konica Minolta Australia’s national operations with a primary focus on ensuring the seamless delivery and installation of Konica Minolta equipment onto customer sites.
The National Operations Manager collaborates with various internal and external stakeholders including logistics partners, supply chain, service and sales teams to organise timely delivery of products to customers, enhancing the overall customer experience and satisfaction.

Requirements
 •  Develop and implement strategic plans for national operations, ensuring the planning, scheduling and coordination of deliveries successfully meet customer requirements.
 •  Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimise delivery routes and ensure timely arrivals nationwide.
 •  Manage escalations from both internal stakeholders or external customers, during any of the steps of the order to invoicing cycle.
 •  Implement quality assurance measures to uphold high standards of service delivery and minimise delivery discrepancies.
 •  Lead national operations team, with a people-driven approach overseeing the day-to-day allocation of work and projects to ensure that appropriate support is provided, and team effectiveness is maintained.
 •  Manage and oversee the completion of stocktakes as required to ensure that the process in place will result in a satisfactory outcome.
 •  Coach, guide and lead reports to achieve their KPIs and develop their skills and capabilities.

Who are we looking for?
 •  Demonstrated experience in a similar role or a related field, preferably in the print/hardware industry.
 •  Tertiary qualification in operations management, logistics or a related field (well-regarded).
 •  Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
 •  Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing process improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
 •  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
 •  Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
 •  Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

As per Konica Minolta compliance procedures, the successful candidate will be required to undertake background checks.
