We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Registered Nurses to join our team at Coates, St Arnaud on a full-time basis.

The successful candidates will join our dynamic and supportive clinical team. They will play a pivotal role in our unwavering commitment to delivering safe, proficient, and modern clinical care to our residents. The successful candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, offer support to employees in lower classifications, provide competent clinical care, and ensure comprehensive clinical documentation.
Requirements
Essential:
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Knowledge of the Residential Classification Scale and Standards for Aged Care.
• Current National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire).
Desirable:
• Knowledge of the standards required by the government for the delivery of aged care.
• An understanding of the Commonwealth Aged Care Funding Instrument.
• Strong clinical and documentation skills.
• An understanding of the aged care accreditation process.
• Leadership skills.
• Flexibility for shift work.
To be considered for employment with Respect, each candidate must satisfy the legislative requirements of Aged Care Worker Screening to ensure suitability to work in the aged care industry.

The base full-time annual salary (as provided by our Victorian enterprise agreement) for a Registered Nurse is between $87,401 (new graduate) and $106,267 (in-charge), plus penalty rates and applicable shift loadings
