THE OPPORTUNITY

The Senior Travel Consultant position provides ample opportunity to truly partner with a range of corporate clients. This opportunity will perfectly compliment a travel professional that appreciates job variety as it covers managing a portfolio of clients, ticketing, fairs, international and domestic trip management and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

 •  Management of a portfolio of clients spread across many industries (mining, technology, professional services, government etc).
 •  End to end Corporate Travel bookings, working closely with selected customers as required.
 •  Booking both domestic and international travel for corporate clients.
 •  Building upon your extensive product knowledge and advising clients on sales, promotions and fairs.
 •  Educating clients about different airlines and corporate deal models.
 •  Maintain a strong understanding of different insurance, tours, hotel and accommodation offerings.
 •  Managing client relationships in relation to their travel arrangements.
 •  Providing advice to clients on their travel.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Frst and foremost, we are looking for someone that is personable, excited to contribute to our clients culture and business and is keen to hit the ground running. You are a natural people person that can build positive and lasting relationships with corporate clients across different industries.
You thrive in a role that is broad and provides you with job variety and autonomy.

 •  Approximately 3 - 5 years of prior corporate travel experience.
 •  You are a natural self-starter that is keen to be a proud brand ambassador each and every day. You will be at the forefront of our clients business!
 •  The ability to work to Perth business hours.
 •  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You are able to build connections with a range of stakeholders across different levels of seniority and in different industries.
 •  First-class attention to detail.
 •  Ticketing and invoicing experience required. Any use of an applicable middle-office system would be ideal.
 •  GDS experience – Armadous is the system used by our client.
 •  Able and willing to work from home in a productive, effective and engaging way.
