What you’ll do
 •  Coordinate day-to-day activities of all matters relating to F&M operations, engineering, risk and compliance for the Melbourne National Distribution Centre (Mulgrave) and Derrimut XDock Facility.
 •  Support the Facilities & Maintenance Manager in tasks relating to F&M operations, engineering, risk and compliance
 •  Monitor Facilities & Maintenance contractor works and activities, to ensure all works are satisfactorily and safely completed to Primary Connect policies, procedures and standards, so as to minimise disruption to occupants and operators
 •  Conduct and complete DC-specific property and F&M related inspections as assigned
 •  Comply to WOW Group and Primary Connect Facilities & Maintenance policies and procedures, including site-specific requirements and/or reporting requirements
 •  File, report & record maintenance records and incident management
 •  Support team's compliance to WOW and Primary Connect's policies and procedures

What you’ll bring
 •  Experience in the facilities and/or property industry and/or building services in an industrial environment
 •  Basic knowledge of WHS legislation, practices and building services
 •  Excellent organisation and administrative skills
 •  Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and inputs from internal and external stakeholders
 •  Cert IV in Trade or Engineering or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
 •  Experience managing contractors
 •  Strong verbal & written communication skills to effectively build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
