Manage, develop, and mentor staff and provide clinical guidance.
Ensure outstanding service delivery and provide supervision of the day-to-day management of the medical imaging department.
Provide quality improvement initiatives and review and refine work practices to improve clinical and financial outcomes.
Perform routine and specialised medical imaging procedures to the highest professional standards as required.
About You
Previous experience leading a team within Medical Imaging field - or demonstrated drive to achieve in this space.
AHPRA registration and relevant radiation licence (or ability to obtain)
Hunger for excellence, desire for a challenge and passion for achieving.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including patients, staff and referrers.
