What you’ll do
 •  Provide short and long-term workforce & labour planning for the Sydney Regional Distribution Centre (DC) team
 •  Calculate weekly labour planning requirements based on volume forecasts and current work standards within EA guidelines and budgets
 •  Implement strategic initiatives to support ongoing operational efficiencies
 •  Identify resources gaps & potential improvements and solutions
 •  Prepare data for weekly planning meetings with site stakeholders and site labour agencies
 •  Management and maintenance of the labour management system
 •  Contribute to the National Workforce Planning strategy and framework by ensuring consistent practices are implemented and followed

What you’ll bring
 •  Experience operating labour management systems and warehouse management systems is desirable
 •  High level computer literacy proficiency (eg MS and/or Google Suite)
 •  A high level of organisational skills with the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
 •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 •  Strong attention to detail and accuracy
 •  Ability to use initiative and work under pressure
 •  A high level of prioritisation, organisational, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
