Maven Dental Noosa Junction is currently looking for a friendly and dedicated Casual Dental Receptionist to become a valuable part of our team. If you have a passion for customer service, a background in dental reception, or experience in the dental field, we would love to hear from you!
This role offers the unique opportunity to work across both of our beautiful Noosa locations, immersing yourself in the vibrant heart of our community while pursuing a career in an innovative and rewarding industry.
About the Role:
As our Casual Dental Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face of our practice, playing a key role in providing a positive experience for our patients. This position requires flexibility, with 30-38 hours of work per week scheduled between 7:45 am and 5:15 pm.
Please note, the hours for this role would not be suitable for those seeking school hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service, making every patient feel welcomed and valued.
• Manage appointments, inquiries, and patient records with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Support the dental team by assisting in sterilization and preparation as required.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency of our practice, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both patients and staff.
