Job Description
• Preparation and analysis of monthly balance sheets
• Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including investigating variances, identifying trends, and providing commentary. Identify any risk and opportunities in financial performance of the business
• Business partner with stakeholders to prepare and review meaningful budgets and forecast models
• Management of rebate accounting, reimbursements and disbursements
• Manage working capital review including identifying any potential risks and providing recommendations for risk mitigation
• Proactively identify inefficient processes and spearhead improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency
• Liaise with internal and external auditors
• Adhoc tasks as required
The Successful Applicant
• At least 4-5 years' experience in a similar role or capacity in a medium to large organisation
• Tertiary Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, Business, or equivalent
• CA/CPA qualification, or working towards one
• Exposure to large ERP systems such as Dynamics365, Oracle, Hyperion, SAP
• A self-starter with an investigative and curious mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate effectively to finance and non finance stakeholders
