As the EA & Team Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations while fostering a collaborative and efficient environment for our entire team. Requirements
 •  Provide an efficient, professional and high-level administrative service to the team and Managing Director, including calendar management, travel arrangements, invoices/expense reporting, minute taking and correspondence handling.
 •  Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills.
 •  Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and events, ensuring all logistics are effectively managed and executed.
 •  Assist in the preparation and distribution of presentations, reports, and other deliverables, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
 •  Cultivate and maintain a positive, engaging, and inclusive office culture.
 •  Organise and coordinate team-building events, onboarding, client functions, and celebrations.
 •  Manage and maintain a well-organised and tidy office environment.
 •  Ensure office equipment and supplies are stocked and in working order.
 •  Assist with IT needs and coordinate with IT for issue resolution.

Skills and experience
 •  Proven experience in a executive assistance, team coordinator or administrative support role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
 •  Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
 •  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
 •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
 •  Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all work outputs.
 •  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
 •  Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
 •  Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
