Role Description:
Responsible for designing enterprise networks, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), cloud, SDN and security technologies. Interpret and translate client requirements into a solution that can be delivered from a standard set of offerings.
Key responsibilities:
• Operate as a lead network architect for network and cloud transformation opportunities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into high level technical requirement in context of technology and customer trends.
• Review the RFPs and RFIs and prepare a high-quality response with attention to detail.
• Business case development and crafting the transformation roadmap.
• Engage with client’s senior executives in network and security domain to develop the network and security architecture for a large enterprise.
• Develop technical design documentation such as high-level design, low level design, bill of material (BoM), configuration templates.
• Act as technical authority, actively participate in planning and execution of implementations, migrations.
• Maintains knowledge of evolving technology trends and apply those to develop innovative solutions approaches to deliver value for our clients.
• Willingness to travel with flexibility to work in global time zone.
Professional Skill Requirements:
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in enterprise network architecture on a large infrastructure transformation project involving enterprise networking, data centre/cloud.
• 10+ years of experience in design and implementation using skills in routing, switching and other data centre technologies such as cisco nexus, ACI, VMware NSX.
• Design and implementation of NexGen firewalls from leading vendors such as cisco, juniper, Palo alto
• Design and implementation of SD-WAN and cloud connectivity solution for Azure, AWS, Google cloud platform.
• Design and implementation of SASE solution from Zscaler, Cisco or Palo Alto.
• Strong exposure to multi-vendor technologies in enterprise network with experience to design and implement them.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills with a focus on quality.
• Project management and ITIL knowledge with focus on change management.
Certifications (not all are required):
• CCNP, CCDP, CCIE (a plus), AWS, Azure, ITIL, TOGAF
