We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our fast-paced, growing team. In this exciting role, you will build relationships and grow sales with existing and new customers across VIC & SA.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow existing key accounts across Melbourne Metro, Western Victoria, and South Australia.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings 3-4 days a week.
• Proactive telephone calls to generate and follow up sales opportunities and close deals.
• Discover customer pain points and present best suited tailored solutions.
• Passionately promote Highgate Group’s products and solutions at every opportunity.
• Demonstrate a driven and pleasantly persistent attitude, whilst upholding company core values and standards.
• Work closely with the internal sales team and business development managers.
• Maintain and update information regularly in the company CRM system.
• Work autonomously with a self-motivated and determined approach, collaborating effectively inside and outside the organization, meeting attendance requirements, and producing quality work and results.
Requirements
• Minimum 3-5 years in a similar role, demonstrating strong sales skills.
