The Purpose:
As a Regulatory Analyst experienced in both project management and regulatory compliance, you will be a critical bridge between business operations, project teams, and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will contribute to successful project execution while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role:
This a key focus for this role to have both business and project experience to.
• A focus is on effectively identifying and managing risk; supporting the Project workstream lead to collate submission documentation and upload to the regulator portal
• Support team members to work effectively in their areas of expertise by ensuring the timely and accurate completion of associated administration tasks.
• A comprehensive understanding of various BA techniques and the experience to know when to deploy them.
The position is offered initially on a 12 month full-time basis, with an option to extend if required
Responsibilities of the role will cover the following key areas:
• Ensure accurate updates to Project teams sprints
• Assist in preparation and co-ordination of project meetings
• Maintain accurate and up to date project documentation, including project plans, progress reports and meeting minutes
• Assisting Project workstream lead to manage and organise their time to ensure project deadlines stay on track
• Coordinate allocation of tasks to relevant owners and implement streamlined process to track progress
The skills & knowledge you need to have:
• Analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable tasks, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and regulatory obligations.
• Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders across different levels of the organization, conveying regulatory updates, requirements, and recommendations clearly and confidently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word: High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word to gather, transform, and analyze data, as well as prepare comprehensive reports and documents in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Business process analysis: Experience in gathering and transforming data to analyze and deliver business process initiatives, including creating process and value stream maps, facilitating planning scenarios across multiple disciplines
