We are currently seeking an Assistant Teacher for a kindergarten based in Sydney, NSW, to help develop children's potential starting from the upcoming academic fall semester.

Job responsibilities
• Efficiently set up and organize the classroom each day, creating a secure and welcoming atmosphere
• Work in close partnership with the Lead Teacher to ensure the classroom and campus are orderly, clean, and visually pleasing
• Supervise children’s well-being and daily activities, including care routines, meal times, rest periods, and bedtime preparations
• Aid the Lead Teacher in meeting goals related to student enrollment, school accreditation, and active participation
• Engage in respectful interactions with children and their parents, building strong connections with families, educators, regulatory bodies, local community members, and business affiliates
• Execute the curriculum, customized to address the unique requirements of every child
• Support the Lead Teacher in promoting interactive learning, engagement, and activities suitable for various ages
Requirements
• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in preschool/kindergarten early childhood education
• Experience with Montessori methodology
• Strong communication skills, self-motivation, team orientation, and customer-focused approach
• Proficiency in computer usage
